Technical/strategic body to coordinate pilots and exchanges.
Definition
The technical and strategic body established under the MoU, composed of government and Google experts (cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data protection officers and policy leads), tasked with scoping pilots, designing implementation roadmaps, and maintaining technical dashboards and monitoring metrics. It is the primary operational governance forum for coordinating project-level work under the agreement.
