A DOCX template provided under the Code to record technical metadata and provenance for a GPAI model — e.g., architecture, compute and energy metrics, training and testing data provenance, validation/test processes and known limitations — intended to satisfy Article 53 documentation obligations and be retained and made available to downstream deployers and authorities on request.
