An integral national policy approach to artificial intelligence that spans ethical, social, economic and technological dimensions, intended to guide Executive Branch action on AI, integrate sustainable development and digital transformation principles, and serve as the basis for subsequent policy, regulatory or programmatic measures proposed by the Mesa.
