Agency-level team to lead and oversee AI efforts.
Definition
A required multi-member team within each Cabinet agency (minimum four members) charged with leading AI-related efforts for that agency, ensuring implementation of statewide governance, contributing relevant expertise (business, policy, technical, data, privacy, cybersecurity), and applying Accelerator-developed frameworks to agency use cases.
