Internal body overseeing implementation of the Code.

Definitions (3)

An internal committee established by the Superintendence of Economic Competition tasked with overseeing implementation of the Code, reviewing AI deployment proposals, conducting ethical impact assessments, providing guidance on ethical AI use, and recommending improvements. It includes representatives from legal, technical, and policy departments as well as external advisors from academia and civil society.

A proposed multi‑stakeholder committee tasked with developing ethical guidelines, oversight recommendations, and best practices to promote explainability, fairness, transparency and human‑centric AI across public and private deployments.

A body mandated to be established by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government to strengthen the overall regulation and guidance of AI ethics, accelerate the formulation and implementation of AI ethical safety norms, and deepen research into AI technology ethics and safety risks.
