Definition
A set of proposed quantitative measures (e.g., AI uptake, number of pilot projects, data availability metrics, skills metrics) recommended for inclusion in the national e-index to monitor implementation, assess progress, and inform periodic reporting to the Cabinet and oversight bodies.
