Definition
A detailed impact assessment questionnaire and user guide required for systems assessed as moderate or high risk; it evaluates potential harms, data fitness, bias risks, privacy and rights impacts, and sets out mitigation and monitoring measures. The AIA is intended to support peer review, transparency, and remediation planning.
