Beneficiary

A legal entity that has been awarded grant or loan funding under the programme and is contractually obligated to meet reporting, milestone and compliance requirements.

Any company, research laboratory, consortium, public organisation or territorial actor that receives financial support or other assistance under the France 2030 programme and is subject to contractual obligations, reporting and monitoring by the implementing agency.

Any public or private entity that receives financial support, grants or loans and implements or benefits from investments or reforms under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
