A national 'Map of Capacities' (or Capacity Map) is an inventory and mapping tool that identifies research centres, universities, technology platforms, companies and infrastructure relevant to AI R&D&I, used to coordinate actors, prioritise funding, identify gaps and facilitate matchmaking between public and private stakeholders.
