Central coordinating service for indexing and publishing reference data.

Definition

A central public service charged with coordinating the national service of reference data: indexing datasets, providing a unique portal/catalogue, ensuring operational availability, security and performance of publication services, proposing shared tools, and hosting or proxying datasets when producing administrations cannot meet technical requirements. It also monitors availability and quality, coordinates corrective actions, and promotes interoperability and reuse.
