Certified transfer mechanism issued under SDAIA accreditation.
Definition
A certification mechanism issued or accredited under SDAIA by which a recipient, a processing framework, or a certification body is recognized as meeting the required level of protection; when used as an appropriate safeguard it permits transfers subject to the certificate's scope, conditions and ongoing oversight by SDAIA. The regulation sets out accreditation procedures and allows SDAIA to accredit third‑party certifiers.
