Commission

The European Commission acting on behalf of the Union under Article 218(5) TFEU, tasked with negotiating, coordinating, and ensuring the Union's signature of the Convention and with subsequent coordination of implementation if the Union gives its consent to be bound.

The interministerial coordination body established by the Decision, chaired by a representative of the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization (or designated Secretary of State) with Secretariat provided by the Authority for the Digitalisation of Romania (ADR), responsible for adopting the Foaie de parcurs, coordinating implementation and convening at least twice yearly to monitor progress.
