An artificial intelligence software application, web interface, or computer program accessible to the general public that primarily simulates human conversation and interaction through various communication methods. Excludes developer tools or limited-function chatbots.
An artificial intelligence system designed to simulate human-like conversations, often remembering past interactions and engaging in ongoing dialogue, as defined in the Act.
An artificial intelligence, available by software application, web interface, or computer program, that is accessible to the general public and that has the primary purpose of simulating human conversation and interaction through text, audio communication, or visual communication. Exclusions apply for certain research, embedded features, narrow-topic bots, commercial business-to-customer services, and voice assistants.
