The individual designated by the resolution (named in the text) responsible for convening and directing Committee activities, coordinating working groups, operating the institutional communication channel, and acting as the primary contact for submission of the Committee's outputs to DGA leadership.
The representative of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation designated to lead and convene the GT; the Coordinator appoints members from nominated agencies, may invite non-voting experts, and has authority to establish technical subgroups and set operational procedures within the GT's remit.
The representative from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) designated to lead the GT-PBIA, authorized to manage day-to-day planning, designate substitutes, request technical inputs, convene subgroups, and perform administrative coordination tasks for PBIA execution.
