Definition
The authority or secretariat(s) charged with presiding over, convening, coordinating and adopting measures necessary for the functioning of the Mesa; initially the Jefatura de Gabinete together with the Secretaría de Asuntos Estratégicos and, after modification, presided by the Secretaría de Innovación, Ciencia y Tecnología jointly with the Secretaría de Asuntos Estratégicos. Coordinators are empowered to set meeting schedules, form working groups, invite actors and take operational measures.
