Definition
Any formal collaboration between organisations for joint analysis or sharing of datasets that defines roles, responsibilities and governance arrangements (e.g., controllers, processors, contractual terms). Data Partnerships are the organisational vehicle for PET-enabled cross‑agency data work envisaged by NICPET.
