Definition
The Digital Assurance Framework is the NSW whole‑of‑government process used to coordinate oversight of major digital projects, including flagging projects (e.g., >AUD 5m or Digital Restart Fund recipients) where additional AI assurance and use of the AIAF are required. It operationalises escalation, controls and integration of AI assurance into project governance.
