Definition
A legal obligation requiring natural and legal persons using generative AI in economic or academic activities to visibly disclose that AI was used, identify the AI system or service employed where reasonably possible, and state the purpose for which the AI was used (e.g., content generation, decision support). The duty also includes accessibility requirements for disclosures and recordkeeping to support compliance.
