Electronic Contract
A contract formed by linking offer and acceptance electronically.
Definition
An agreement formed where an offer issued by one contracting party is linked to the acceptance of the other in a manner that demonstrates its legal effect, and where the linkage and actions are carried out by electronic means in accordance with Articles 18–20 of the law.
