Definition
The annexed prescribed forms included in the Regulations (Forms 1–19) or substantially similar alternatives; these forms standardise objections, corrections, complaints, assessment requests and enforcement communications. Responsible parties must adopt these forms (or equivalents) to ensure submissions are accepted and processing is consistent with the Regulations.
