Provider of general-purpose AI models within the meaning of the AI Act.
Definition
An entity that develops, deploys, or provides general-purpose AI models as defined by the AI Act and therefore is subject to provider obligations under that Regulation, including obligations relating to training data transparency and respecting rights reservations expressed under the DSM Directive.
