Non-statutory or semi-statutory documents that provide recommended practices for authorities and companies on the development, procurement, deployment and oversight of AI systems. The proposal frames these guidelines to be coordinated with EU obligations and existing Danish law to ensure consistent national application.
Non-binding recommendations or best practices intended to provide direction and promote responsible conduct, as opposed to legally enforceable policies or regulations. They serve to guide behavior and foster ethical practices without imposing legal mandates.
