Definition
‘High’ and ‘Very High’ residual risk are AIAF‑produced classifications indicating the remaining level of risk after prescribed mitigations; systems rated as High or Very High must be submitted to the NSW AI Review Committee for external subject‑matter scrutiny and may require additional controls, remediation or escalation under the Digital Assurance Framework.
