The statutory obligations requiring providers to identify, assess, mitigate and where appropriate remove or prevent access to types of content that are explicitly enumerated as criminal in the Act (e.g., child sexual exploitation material, terrorism content, certain fraud offences), including record-keeping and disclosure obligations to Ofcom and proportionate remediation measures.
