Materials that concern or are relevant to a general audience such as organisational data, plans, statistics, studies, reports and contracts; these materials are subject to the IFG’s proactive publication obligations and must be published in machine‑readable, accessible formats where not exempted. The designation triggers duties to catalogue and publish metadata in the information register, subject to proportionality‑based secrecy exemptions.
