Designated organisational units or hubs that provide common technical components, expert knowledge, training, tooling and support to public administration, industry and academia to accelerate responsible AI and data use. The White Paper proposes kompetentsikeskused as key implementation instruments for shared infrastructure, skills development and operational cooperation.
