Definition
A compulsory administrative regime requiring developers, deployers or responsible legal entities to register AI systems at any stage of their lifecycle with the authority (GACTEC/SETCIP), supplying technical descriptions, lifecycle stage information and attestations of conformity with statutory ethical values to enable traceability, review and enforcement.
