A centrally maintained catalogue specifying standardized data elements, formats, metadata and terminology to harmonize data exchange across public institutions; intended to enable interoperability, facilitate the Open Government Data Portal, and guide lawful data sharing for AI development. The Dictionary is a key data governance tool referenced by the Strategy to improve data quality and reuse.
