National Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Sciences (Institute)

The corporate entity to be established by the Bill with perpetual succession and a common seal, mandated to coordinate national AI and robotic sciences policy, education, research, standards development, testing and capacity-building, and to award diplomas and professional certificates subject to accreditation.

The independent statutory commission established by the Bill, governed by a Board and Director-General, empowered to set technical standards, require registration and certification, coordinate with sector agencies, accredit conformity-assessment bodies, enforce compliance, and support an affiliated research institute and capacity-building activities.
