Mandatory continuous monitoring activities by providers/operators to track the real‑world performance, risks, incidents and compliance of deployed AI systems, including defined KPIs, incident reporting channels, corrective measures and obligations to cooperate with supervisory authorities.
Obligatory arrangements required by the Act for providers and market surveillance authorities to monitor AI systems in operation, maintain records, report significant incidents, request technical documentation and cooperate with national and EU authorities to detect and remedy safety or compliance issues.
