The Presidio AI Framework is a model‑lifecycle and 'shift‑left' methodology intended as foundational technical guidance for safe generative AI model development. It promotes standardized lifecycle practices, risk management, testing and safety engineering to integrate governance and safety earlier in development.
A framework unveiled by the WEF's AI Governance Alliance, presented as part of a briefing paper series, designed to address critical challenges in the development and deployment of generative AI models by introducing risk mitigation strategies across the AI lifecycle.
