Definition
An institution identified under Article 4 of Law No. 21.663 that provides services considered essential (e.g., specified public bodies, concessioned public services and private entities in electricity, water, telecommunications, banking, transport, health, pharmaceuticals, digital infrastructure, etc.). The Instruction treats PSEs as the entities required to register and designate reporting officers for incident notifications.
