Prohibited AI

AI systems that the law forbids developing, deploying, or operating because they exploit subconscious manipulation, generate indistinguishable synthetic media without disclosure, compute social scores that harm groups, enable real‑time remote biometric identification for law enforcement, or otherwise pose unacceptable risks to bodily/mental integrity, democratic rights, or privacy. These systems are placed in an absolute prohibition category requiring removal or prevention of deployment.
