Definition
A proposed central coordinating entity, hosted within or working closely with the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, tasked to lead cross‑agency planning, coordinate implementation across ministries and regulators, monitor progress, convene stakeholders, issue guidance on standards, and support procurement, pilots and ethical frameworks while remaining an enabling body rather than replacing sector regulators.
