Arrangement allowing foreign-state legal continuity for hosted data.
Definition
A construct by which the host state and operator recognise and implement a guest country's legal regime over certain hosted data and services—akin to an 'embassy' for digital assets—establishing continuity of foreign law application within the hub subject to CST-prescribed safeguards and bilateral or administrative terms.
