Definition
A company registered no longer than five years which is subject to an Innovation Agency business‑potential assessment to determine eligibility for start‑up support, public incentives and sandbox participation. The assessment evaluates innovation and growth potential as a criterion for targeted business support measures introduced by the amendments.
