Human designated to oversee an AI system and bear civil liability.
Definition
The human individual identified as responsible for supervising the operation of an AI system; under Article 4 §2 this person is assigned civil liability for damages resulting from the system's use and must ensure oversight appropriate to the seriousness of decisions supported by the system.
