Public statement describing an agency's AI approach.

The public statement an agency must publish to describe its approach to adopting and using AI, as required by the accompanying Standard for Transparency Statements. AOs should supply the DTA with links to their agency’s transparency statement when published or updated to support public trust and enable cross‑agency visibility of AI use and disclosure practices.
A transparency statement is a publicly published document an agency must maintain describing its approach to AI adoption, including intentions, classifications of AI use, whether AI impacts the public directly, surveillance and monitoring measures, compliance with policy and law, and a contact for enquiries.
