Definition
A structured appraisal method to identify, analyse and document the potential impacts of a digital project on public values and rights (including democratic, legal and social effects), informing mitigation, design choices and governance measures. It is intended to be used alongside DPIAs and other assessments to guide procurement and deployment decisions.
