Abstract

The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a matter of competitive advantage; it is a fundamental driver of modern enterprise. Yet, this transformative power introduces a new frontier of significant, unique, and escalating risks that challenge traditional governance models.1 From algorithmic bias and data privacy violations to security vulnerabilities and regulatory non-compliance, the potential for financial, reputational, and legal harm is unprecedented. In response to this global need, the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has developed the AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF).
