Abstract
This paper addresses one of the most important and urgent topics of the present time, namely "Governance of Artificial Intelligence". If artificial intelligence is currently used in all fields and sectors such as healthcare, education, research, business, transportation, drones and other fields, these multiple uses raise many risks related to the possibility of infringing the right to privacy and protection of personal data, bias and discrimination, as well as risks related to unemployment, security, transparency, and regulatory and legislative gaps. In this paper, we discuss defining the concept of artificial intelligence governance and the parties responsible for achieving this governance. Then we study the initiatives of artificial intelligence governance at the international level, such as Shanghai Declaration on Global AI Governance, IMF Framework for AI Governance, UNESCO's AI Ethics Recommendation, The OECD AI Principles and the European AI Act. Through these initiatives, we have reached the most important principles of artificial intelligence governance such as Accountability, Transparency, Equity, Data Privacy and Security, Ethical Use of AI, Inclusivity, Sustainability, Adaptability and Collaboration.
