Abstract

As leading jurisdictions worldwidefrom the European Union to the United Kingdom and Switzerlanddevelop their approaches to artificial in- telligence, regulatory sandboxes for AI are quickly gaining popularity. If such sandboxes are properly designed and implemented, they can be a helpful tool in developing an evidence-based, iterative approach to artificial intelli- gence regulation.
