25-employee threshold

Employer-size exemption for Part III.1 applicability.

Definition

The regulatory employer-size cutoff under which an employer is exempt from the Part III.1 job-posting duties; it applies to employers with fewer than 25 employees as determined by the ESA counting rules (employees employed in Ontario on January 1).
