Definition
The statutory requirement added by Public Act 102-0047 that employers who rely solely on an AI analysis to decide which applicants receive in‑person interviews must collect and annually report race and ethnicity data (applicants afforded an interview, applicants not afforded an interview, and applicants hired) to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for analysis and reporting of potential racial bias.
