A person impacted by workplace AI (worker, candidate, contractor).
Definition
Any person who is a worker, job candidate, contractor or otherwise in an employment‑related relationship with an employer and whose working conditions, selection, evaluation, discipline, remuneration or termination may be affected by the operation or outputs of an AI system.
