National AI agenda coordinating policy, investments and initiatives.
Definition
An initiative (Initiative #10 of the EDN) to coordinate Portugal's national AI policy, research and infrastructure investments; it structures actions around Innovation, Talent and Infrastructure and will operationalise priority projects such as a Portuguese LLM and an AI research factory in early 2025. The Agenda is intended as the central instrument for aligning AI activities with ethical, scientific and infrastructural objectives set out in the EDN.
