Definition
Generative outputs produced predominantly by AI without substantial and decisive human contribution; the initiative excludes such autonomous outputs from copyright protection when they (i) infringe pre‑existing rights, (ii) were generated using unauthorized incorporated materials, or (iii) fail to transparently identify sources, the technology used, and any human authors.
