Definition
A media qualifies as 'generated or substantially altered using artificial intelligence' if (A) it was entirely created with AI and would reasonably appear authentic to a reasonable person, or (B) it was materially altered by AI such that a reasonable person would have a fundamentally different understanding of the media compared to an unaltered version; immaterial edits are excluded from this definition.
