Appropriated fund to support semiconductor incentives.
Definition
The dedicated appropriations account established by the Act to provide financial incentives, grants, and other support for semiconductor manufacturing, related investments, and eligible program activities under the statute. The Fund finances award instruments and programs authorized across the Act's semiconductor and related research provisions.
