Definition
A statutory initiative establishing a coordinated federal program to advance AI research, development, standards, education, workforce development, data/compute access, and international engagement across U.S. agencies. The Initiative provides the organizing framework for agency responsibilities, interagency coordination, and public outreach under Title 15, chapter 119.
